Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks and units ending in 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western (smaller pool on Pier Park side) outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern (larger pool and heated section on Shuckums side) indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period.

All AQUA guests must be preregistered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee will increase from $35 to $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.
