Aqua is undergoing building repairs and maintenance starting September 25, 2023 and continuing through March 2024. Repairs include - structural repairs, re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (units ending in 01 through 05), structural repairs of the parking deck and beach boardwalk access replacement. During this time, some of the balconies (units ending in 01 through 05) and common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool and various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during construction.

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $35.00 + taxes per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.
