Condo was beautiful. Exactly as pictured and described. It is on the beach in a phenomenal location. The construction taking place was not an issue at all, but we were glad to be informed ahead of time. Any and all questions were answered promptly before our arrival and during our stay. This included discussions of options in case Hurricane Helene had an impact on PCB. I would highly recommend the company and this condo.

Unit description was accurate and right on target as described. The location was great. Half a mile from Pier Park to the west and numerous resturants and bars less than 1 mile to the east. Plenty of souvenir shops to choose from. Parking garage was very convienent and the skywalk allowed for quick access. The building was well maintained and the staff was around if you had any questions. Two outdoor pools to choose from and an indoor pool and hot tub also. Plenty of chairs around the pool and the beach was perfect sugar white sand. We also used the gas grills that were cleaned daily and looked like new. Prior to our vacation, I had several questions and management company responded quickly and professionally. All in All I has highly impressed and would recommend this rental to all of my friends and family.

My husband and I were traveling with four teenaged girls and this set up could not have been any better! We stayed on one side of the condo and they had the other side! The views were perfect from the awesome balcony! Great visit to PCB �� Would absolutely stay here again!

My mother, sister and I rented Auqa 802 in mid-September, and it did not disappoint on any level. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed with comfortable furnishing and a well-stocked kitchen. When we walked in, we immediately noticed how fresh and clean everything smelled and looked.

The balcony is large with a dining table and chairs with beautiful views of the ocean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The location of the condo is excellent---very quiet.

The only downside was the overall property was doing some maintenance (always a good sign) with pressure washing, but signs were clearly posted in all common areas and the elevators. In addition, the skybridge was closed toward the end of our trip for maintenance so it required having to cross the street to get to the parking garage. Again, signs were clearly posted everywhere with specific dates. Note this is NOT an Aqua 802 issue at all!

Communication with the property management company was very proactive and excellent. There was an issue with the app just before our arrival, so I received a phone call AND a text message to ensure I had all of the relevant check-in details.

We would absolutely rent this specific condo again in the future.

Aqua 802 was very clean and well maintained. The owners have done a nice job with decor (modern) and equipping the kitchen. We loved the location only 8 floors high and a great view of gulf and the pool. The beach chairs were a plus but next time I will still bring my chairs because I like to sit closer to the water. We enjoyed sitting on the oversized balcony. The air worked great and so did the refrigerator and stacked laundry equip. It was refreshing place to come back to after a day in the sun. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The water pressure in the shower was also very strong. The only drawback was the kitchen was a little tight on space but the condo made up for that with more room in living and dining area. The unit is close to the elevator which we liked and noise was not an issue. The skybridge was easy and loved covered parking. Parking was tight for larger vehicles but the upper levels provide more room. We would definitely rebook this one!

We visited PCB for a short trip and didn't want to leave. Aqua 802 was clean (we all noticed that our feet weren't black when we walked around the condo with no shoes on, which is wonderful), the condo smelled terrific, and the beds were comfortable. The app we used for the trip was super helpful, and the property manager called us before we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have had. Hands down one of the best condo rentals we have stayed in.
