Travel instructions will be sent once the rental agreement is signed and final payment is received, typically 30 days prior to arrival. The instructions will be delivered via text message from 850.919.4016. Please be sure to click on the provided links. All units feature keyless entry, and your access code will be included in the message.

No, Check-in is at 4 PM, and Check out is at 10 AM. We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not arrive early at the property as your code will not work until 4 PM and please check out on time prior to 10 AM as your code will not work after 10 AM.

No, You may go ahead and park and pack a beach bag, and head to the beach. If your unit comes with beach chairs, you may go ahead and set these up as well and enjoy your day.

2 Parking Passes only per reservation and your Parking Pass instructions will be located in your Travel instructions.

All parking garages have different height restrictions. The height restrictions will be located in your instructions. If your vehicle is larger than the height restrictions, you will need to park in an open public parking area. You may find these local public parking areas on your instructions.

You may purchase beach chairs or extra beach chairs from the beach attendant at the beach hut upon arrival. If your unit comes with two complimentary beach chairs and one umbrella, you will go to the beach hut and give the beach attendant your room number and they will set you up with your two beach chairs and one umbrella. Some units do not come with beach chairs so please review this on your reservation. It will specifically say in the marketing title and the description that the unit comes with 2 beach chairs and one umbrella. Cost averages $35-$55 depending on the season.

To ensure you have read and agree to the property booking guidelines, restrictions and rules including cancellation policies. All properties require signature to the rental agreement at time of booking and prior to arrival to receive keyless entry code to enter the property.

Security Deposits are refunded every Monday and will take 1- 2 business days to show on your credit card statement. We do not have control over this but please know they are being sent out on time every Monday following your departure.

To cancel your reservation, you must go through the company with which you made the booking. For example, if you booked through Vrbo, Airbnb, etc., you will need to contact them directly through your reservation portal to initiate the cancellation. They will then notify us to process the cancellation and refund your payment. Each booking platform has its own cancellation policies, so be sure to read and understand the policy for your reservation before proceeding with the cancellation.
