Great experience. Condo was very clean and Sunrise Beach is in a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again. Melissa and her staff were very easy to work with and communicated details very well.

We rented Sunrise Beach 1409 for our vacation in early August. We simply couldn’t believe this place. Even the pictures on line don’t do it justice. The accommodations are first class and yet very comfortable. The Gulf view was outstanding. We are definitely going to rent this place again. There is simply nothing negative you can say about this property.

Our 1409 condo was an ideal location with a view that can take your breath away. The furnishings were so nice: comfortable, beautiful décor and up-to-date with great appliances. The view includes the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful beaches below and fabulous sunrises and sunsets. Most definitely a 5 star condominium for your Panama City beach vacation. It’s the best condo we’ve ever had. Four beach chairs with umbrellas were included right in front of the waves coming in. So delightful. So relaxing.

Our first time in Panama City Beach and I have already booked another trip in August. The unit was the most beautiful space we have ever stayed in. The location is perfectly centered, so we could walk to anything we wanted. The amenities offered at Sunrise Beach are more than we expected. We were there for four days and never once turned the TV on. THAT is how much fun we had! Book your next vacation at Sunrise Beach Unit 1409, you will not regret it.

This condo is very clean, well kept, and has gorgeous views. The patio furniture was also very nice. The only disappointing aspect was the size of the hot tub. Too small for this huge complex. Also, the pool area was being renovated at the time and there was not enough room in the pool area. I wish that pool renovations wouldn't be done during spring break.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. Walking in the door, this place felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all clean and was stocked up with everything g we needed for our stay. There is a coffee maker but it is not a Keurig as described so no K-cups. The location of the condo was perfect as well. We were able to walk to Alvin’s Island, Starbucks, and a number of different restaurants for dinner. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. We have a group of college friends who get together for a few days each year to visit. We have stayed several different destinations, but this property is the very best. Immaculately clean, great décor and super facilities. Beachfront and dining and shopping extremely close by. In short a condominium rental does not get better than this. We are already going to book Sunrise Beach Unit 1409 for next year and a longer stay. I don't usually get overly impressed with a unit but this place deserves a great recommendation. Even the facilities, gym, pools, and beach are the best. You want be disappointed if you stay here.

Beautiful condo amount a mile or less from Pier Park. There’s a new Señor Frogs that opened up right next to the condo. Sunrise has two beautiful pools and it was really nice that they have a security officer that keeps an eye on safety. Lots of luggage carts and parking was easy and convenient on any floor. Tip about the reserved beach chairs is to go down on day one and put your name down to reserve a chair and your dates. The guys that manage that also do the banana boat and parasailing and aren’t the friendliest people but that’s not on the condo! There was plenty of room and everything is updated and well-maintained and perfectly clean! We absolutely loved using the management app and Jill is awesome with checking in with us ahead of time to make sure we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Hope to get to come back!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the unit 1409 at Sunrise Beach. What really struck us was that this did not look like a rental unit. It looked like a personal unit because it was immaculate and furnished with everything that was high end. It is an extremely nice and comfortable place to stay. It is near great restaurants and shoppinf. Most of all the whole complex was great. There is a gym, two swimming pools with chairs on the pool deck and free beach chairs. Parasailing and snorkeling were also there. We will stay here again and if you are going to Panama City Beach you should think about staying here. We will certainly stay here again.
