Our stay at Aqua 1603 was absolutely incredible! This condo is one of the most beautiful and cozy places we have ever stayed on the Gulf Coast. The unit has been beautifully remodeled and is thoughtfully designed, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable.

One of the standout features is the two primary bedrooms that both face the water, each with direct access to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Waking up to those views is truly unforgettable. With the additional sleeping space, the layout easily accommodates larger groups and makes this four-bedroom condo perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The balcony views are breathtaking, and having two beach chairs and an umbrella included made our beach days even more relaxing. The beach itself is spacious and absolutely gorgeous.

The Aqua building is stunning and very well maintained, and the location could not be better. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park, Topgolf, and so many fun restaurants and attractions, making it perfect for families and anyone wanting to enjoy everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

From the beautiful condo to the incredible location and beach access, this vacation truly felt like the closest thing to paradise we could imagine. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had a great time in 1603, our second time at Aqua. Unit is very spacious and clean and Aqua is perfectly located. Everything you need for a steal of a price. Must do again.

This condo exceeded expectations in every way. The property is amazing and well taken care of, the amenities were perfect, the room was so spacious and clean, we will definitely be looking to stay here again for our next PCB vacation.

This is not your typical condo on the beach. This is a very modern, beautifully appointed condo that thankfully does not have the typical "Relax" and Live, Laugh Love" signs and all over it. Every room is luxuriously detailed. We've stayed at many beach homes over the years and this is without a doubt our fave plus it's centrally located on the strip so it's close to great restaurants and shopping. A perfect get-away!

For aqua unit 1603 the condo it's beautiful. On the 16th floor you can see 180° very clean, all the accommodations, the furniture, the decor of the flooring and that master bath was all beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped to include a wine fridge and an extra ice maker which was truly appreciated with the heat that was around. There was six of us in this unit and we all were comfortable. Never felt on top of each other. Balcony decor was beautiful as well the condo itself. The resort itself is easily accessible to any type of venue you would need from shopping to restaurants to the Pier Park and downtown Panama City Beach. We will stay there again and again. Cleanliness was exceptional.

Everything about this condo goes above and beyond expectations. This beautiful professionaly dcorated unit was exactly what we needed to escape the harsh winter season of northern Ohio. From the breathtaking views of The Gulf of America, the very comfortable beds and all the amenities, this was a winner. The whole area of Panam City Beach has everything you would need from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Melissa was a great host always available for any questions we may have had. We hope to come back in the future.

I hesitate to write this review for fear everyone will want to rent this condo after reading it. We've stayed in many rentals on the beach, however this one is truly the most luxurious, well appointed one we've ever had the pleasure to rent. The attention to detail from the beautiful, modern decor, to all the extra touches like the stand-alone ice maker, wine cooler, the multi-rain shower heads in the master, and the top-tier furniture are all way above and beyond the normal condo rental experience. And the extra large outdoor area with the comfortable seating was where we spent a good part of each day. You don't even have to go to the beach! Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, near all our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. But please ignore everything I've just written as we want to make sure this condo is available in the near future, ) 5 stars plus!

Aqua 1603 condo in Panama City Beach was absolutely breathtaking! The condo was so clean, and elegant. The reading nook was a spot I utilized every evening to wind down. My husband and 2 children loved it here, and will book again!
