Bookbeach is a great rental agency. I rented two seasons with them. We rented at the Aqua resort and both times our units were clean and well appointed. If we needed anything, Melissa and her team were there to help.
I plan to use Bookbeach in the future.

The kids loved the bunk area. The condo was clean, roomy and the master bedroom was super comfy. I honestly haven't stayed in a better room. The beach chairs being included were super helpful. Definitely recommend you staying here if you have kids. Great choice.

I have stayed in a lot of places and most times but they never seem to be clean which makes me feel dirty my entire stay. This was exactly opposite. Everything felt clean and fresh. The layout, decor, and even color palette made everything feel open and airy.

Had to get in touch with the property manager a couple of times and she was so prompt and helpful.

Would definitely recommend staying here and will visit again in the near future.

Everything was perfect. We arrived earlier than expected and was able to contact the property manager and gain early access. There was plenty of room for all of my bunch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We will be renting again.

Two adults and two kids, 10 and 13, enjoyed our Spring Break in this condo. It is very spacious with enough room for us and then some. The kitchen is on the small side but wide open to dining and living and has a pantry. There is a small closet with beach items in it. The bathrooms were great, although I do think the hot water didn't last long enough for the number of people we had (4). This is a corner unit and I don't believe the pictures show a building right on top of you next door. It does obstruct being able to see further down the beach but you do have a perfect beach view right in front of you, just can't see to either side really. We had no issues with the condo amenities or parking. Loved the beach chair set up. Loved the location, easy walking to Sharkey's and Pier Park. Elevators were never an issue even on Spring Break. We would for sure book this condo again. Our 13 year old even loved the bunk beds when she could have had her own king room instead. We hung out on the couch and chairs in the living room and watched March Madness basketball in the evenings and were comfortable. We booked the day before our stay yet were given all important information promptly with no issues. Very happy with location, condo and property management company.

Trip was perfect. Everything with the room was great. Room exactly as expected. The kids bunk area was one of the best we have used and our kids both loved it. Would definitely repeat in the future.

The photos of this condo are for real! It’s beautifully decorated and beautifully laid out. Everything was so clean and fresh. The location is central to shopping and dining. The beach was amazing and not a long walk out to the chairs at all. Finally - customer service was outstanding! I’ll definitely want to stay here again! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We spent spring break in Aqua 1411 to celebrate my daughter‘s 16th birthday. The condo was immaculate, stocked with everything we could possibly need, decor was amazing, as was the view. The BookBeach team was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and they were even able to be flexible with our departure time due to a flight change which let us end our vacation on a perfect note. I would not hesitate to book through book beach in the future and we are looking forward to visiting Aqua again sometime soon. Thanks Melissa and team for everything! !

Condo is spacious for a family of eight. Conveniently located to shopping and dining. Stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen accessories. The staff was excellent to work with, will definitely use for future vacations.

WE had a great stay at this property. It was a beautiful condo, the beach chairs were great and the location was fantastic. The whole overall process was very easy! The only drawbacks were that multiple elevators were down so the wait times were long and our unit was right next to a building under construction where the workers started at 6:30 each morning. Both of these issues were out of the owner's control. I would stay here again for sure!

Our condo (1411) was amazing! It was super clean(I care about that stuff) and had lots of the necessities for a great stay. Mgmt was quick with responses to my questions. Currently there is some construction at the next door property, but what do you do--Walls were pretty quiet, considering! Very happy with this place for us and our 3 teens!

AQUA 1411 - Top Notch: Furniture and Decor impeccable, plenty of GOOD linens, blankets, Amenities excellent , Mattresses very comfortable; Kitchen- plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, pots & pans mostly new, nice ‘startup’ kit for kitchen; GREAT wraparound balcony (views perfection-NEVER heard construction noise next door) Self Check In-Out worked flawlessly. When we first arrived, got right on WiFi, had trouble turning on ALL TVs, but a call to Maintenance produced someone in 5 minutes to quickly show us what had to be fixed and all operated flawlessly. At the same time we had a ‘course’ on the new NEST thermostat in room. OVERALL we found 1411 to be BETTER than described in every detail - location, room layout, cleanliness, well maintained, and great customer service. If this is your first time in PCB, the AQUA is perfectly located - Beautiful white, well maintained beachfront, walking distance to Pier Park, Good restaurants, maintained garage parking with easy access to walkway over Front Beach Road for loading and unloading with plenty of carts always available. We have been snowbirds at Aqua for many years, and I honestly believe that THIS WAS OUR BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Five Stars! We loved everything about this condo. The location was great. It was walking distance from Pier Park. It was right on the beach with an incredible view.
We were in PCB for the Ironman and the run course passes right in front of the condo 4 times and you can watch the swim from the balcony. The place was clean and homey.

Aqua 1411 was as described. Both beds were extremely comfortable. View from balcony was beautiful especially at SUNSET. No view of pool if that is important to you though. Everything was provided for except beach towels. This was a great place to share with another couple as each room provides privacy and are located on opposite ends of condo. Would definitely stay in again. For those who might have trouble walking...this condo is a good way from the parking deck so be prepared to walk.

Overall-Fabulous! We were surprised with an early check-in which is always great after a long drive. The condo had everything, even a tiny bottle of dish soap. We actually slept better than we do at home! Can't wait to visit again. Thank you Melissa!!

Condo was very nice, clean, well appointed. Loved having wrap around balcony beachside, as well as 2nd balcony streetside which was kinda fun at night. Beds were very comfortable and of course Aqua location is convenient walking distance to everything you could need. A great place to get away from the real world for awhile!
