I'll start by sharing that I wish I had found many beach stays ago! Melissa and her team were absolutely top notch When it came to providing assistance with locating a property that met our needs along with excellent service from booking through checkout. Next I want to share that #1102 at the Aqua Resort was everything you hope for in a beach condo rental. The décor is beautiful, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and the cleaning service does an excellent job! Plus, the kitchen is very well appointed. This was our first time staying at the Aqua complex and were were delighted with the amenities, the staff, and the attention to detail. The grounds and pools are very well maintained, the beach access is easy, parking is convenient and secure, and the property's proximity to eateries and shopping is perfect. We were even impressed with the beach service! We've stayed in dozens of places up and down the gulf coast and can attest to Aqua #1102 being among the very best.

From the moment we stepped into this condo, it was an exceptional experience. The overlook to the ocean is gorgeous, the upgraded kitchen, living space, and bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming. Our family agrees this is the best condo we’ve stayed in to date! If you’re looking for a quiet but super comfortable getaway, this is it!

This was one of the best vacations ever to be able to enjoy this place and the beach for 3 weeks! No issues whatsoever! We had a wonderful family vacation in March. The unit was absolutely gorgeous. It has been updated with lovely decor. It was clean and well stocked which helped contribute to the overall aesthetic. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely, clean, showers had excellent water pressure.
Melissa and her team at Bookbeach were easy to deal with. They answered all of our questions immediately. The check-in and checkout process was smooth with no issues.
The overall experience was excellent and I would book with them again in the future for sure. Thanks again for a great holiday.

I stayed at Aqua 1102 for about a month in Feb of this year 2025--The condo was just as described and everything went very well. Rented thru Bookbeach and Melissa did everything to be helpful She couldn`t force the weather to be warmer or sunnier but it was better than the snow earlier this year.Ate at Pier Park often and it was in easy walking distance.I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

This condo was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in at PCB and we have been coming for almost 40 years. It was beautiful, very clean, spacious and had everything you would ever need! The kitchen was fully stocked with the nicest up to date appliances. I am still in shock of how nice this condo is. I’ll be booking this same unit next fall break.

One of my new favorites at Aqua! This unit has been completely remodeled. Everything in this unit is brand new including the mattresses, the paint, the furniture, the outdoor furniture, the kitchen counters, etc.!!! I am in love! You definitely want to book this condo as soon as you can because it is going to be in high demand! Thank you to the Owner's for providing such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beach! We looked at many condos in this area, and you will be hard pressed to find a nicer one. The condo was clean, looked to be professionally decorated, and the kitchen contained everything you need if you want to cook. You will take home organizational ideas after you see how this kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils. The Condo is walking distance to Pier Park, dining and shopping. The ocean views are great, and the beach is only an elevator ride away. Overall, we had a great week and would stay here again. The management team was easy to work with and we highly recommend this condo.

This condo was a perfect little haven for our spring break adventures. We had two families on the condo (7 people total) and had plenty of room. The morning views were fantastic. The condo was very clean and to our surprise, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for those of us who cook while on vacation.

We loved our stay. The kitchen was very well supplied. The beds were as comfortable as could be! The sound of the waves and the quietness on the 11th floor was wonderful. The jets flying over from Tyndall were fun to watch. Aqua at PCB and this condo will hold many special memories! Thanks!

The condo was just as the pictures showed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need. Very close to grocery store and restaurants.

I will be back to stay at Aqua and will request Unit 1102. it was just what I expected based on the pictures of the unit. It has been totally renovated with the latest in flooring and appliances. The balcony is large allowing for spending much time enjoying the beach from a distance. Loved my time there with my grandchildren and extended family.

We booked 1102 in hopes of finding a clean place to relax for a week in PCB. We could not have dreamed up a better condo and/or location. The three bedroom condo was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. My kids loved the space (especially the bunk beds). Don't plan on doing much once you sit on the couch as you won't want to get up. This condo has it all including all of the utensils necessary to cook for a king. The location is a 5 minute walk to Pier Park as well as very good outdoor, water front dining options. Kudos to the condo owner as well as the management company. Only issue we had was a storm the week prior caused damage in two of the elevators so it caused a short delay if you didn't want to take the stairs. This is a must stay in PCB.
