We really enjoyed our week on the beach! The condo was great! It was just as described. Beautiful view! Great furnishings. Really clean. Since the unit was not rented the day prior to or after our stay, we were able to check in early and check out late! Will was great to work with and responded quickly.

II have been going to Aqua for the past 13 years Always stay in the 01 units. I have been in a number of different units. 401 is lovely and very well equipped. All the furnishing are comfortable. Love the recliner! Melissa and her staff (Will and Christine) are a pleasure to deal with. Melissa works very hard to respond and fix any issues .

The Aqua 401 was perfect! Best views, super clean, comfy beds, and had everything we needed. All the staff we interacted with where friendly and willing to help. 10 minute walk to Pier Park was nice and you can walk the beach to it! Loved the app, very informative and precise. Only negative, is the indoor pool and hot tub. Both small and not adult friendly which is really only a concern on colder months. With that being said we would still give it a 5 star and can’t wait to be back next year!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in a condo at the AQUA. 401 was a lovely three bedroom/three full baths in perfect condition, immaculately cleaned and smelled wonderful! The view outside our balconies was pure heaven. The emerald green and blue water is lovely! The kitchen is well appointed. Access through the parking garage was convenient and easy. We used the hot tub and indoor pool which were also very clean and well maintained. The location was very close to many restaurants and shopping. All in all a very relaxing week! Did I mention the gorgeous views?

This is my 3rd year spending my winter in this unit. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. It has everything you would want to have a wonderful vacation. Melissa is a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. Very roomy. We had four adults and four teenagers and had plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with every single thing you could possibly need. The renting agent was very kind and responded very quickly to any request we had. The property as a whole is very well taken care of. No complaints. We will stay here again.

Aqua 401 is a great condo. It was very clean and had the best stocked kitchen this picky crew has ever seen in a rental. Like many reviewers, we found the elevators to be a bit slow (reason why we picked the 4th floor in case we needed to take the stairs) but had no trouble most of the time. We walked to nearby restaurants several times and Pier Park was close enough for walking too. Melissa and team made the booking and rental process easy. We will be back!

This was a very clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped condo with great amenities and beautiful views of the gulf & fabulous sunsets. The security staff and beach staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The agent Melissa was extremely professional and helpful in making our stay a great one from the reservation to departure. We can’t thank her enough. She went out of her way to attend to our needs and was always available and ready to help. I can’t say enough good things about her, the condo and the staff, especially Paul from maintenance who helped us out with our friend’s beach wheelchair running out of power and stuck in the sand. We will never forget his kindness. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a lovely vacation experience.

My family and I had an amazing time on our vacation in PCB. One of the greatest things about our stay was our condo at Aqua401. The condo was huge. The view was breath taking! We had so much room it was like living in a house for a week not a condo. My teenage daughter loved the balcony on the street so she could sit out there and listen to the music across the street at night if she didn't want to walk over and partake of the festivities. The locations was great! The condo was conveniently located within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants as well as gift shops for those last minute needed items. The manager was so accommodating and easy to get in touch with if I had any questions. She made me feel comfortable about my stay at this new condo. The manager was very accommodating. We were trying to fly in but couldn't get a flight in on the day we had our condo booked. Michelle tried to accommodate us to get us in a condo on Friday so that we could fly in on Friday a day earlier. We were just not able to get it worked out on our part. I have stayed at places before where managers have made me feel like I was wasting their time. Michelle never made me feel nothing but equal and important to her cliental. If I had the money I would love to be able to own this condo. Our youngest son cried to stay. He just could not understand why we had to leave. The only thing I worried about was the beautiful decorations (mostly glass) especially in the bathroom getting broke in the bathroom. I put them in a drawer just to be safe. We cannot wait to come back next year. On a scale 1 to 10, 10 being the best I give Aqua 401 a 12!!

Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Pier Park. Unit is very well furnished with everything you need. Plenty of places to sit, multiple balconies, and nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of spare pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean and maintained. Larry who provides beach service for chairs was very helpful. He takes very good care of you and has a great personality. Saw him help multiple people carry items, strollers and assist people getting to the beach. Overall AQUA is a great place to stay and this unit was perfect.

If you are looking for Amazing properties along the Gulf Coast, I highly recommend using BookBeach as your provider. We have stayed at Aqua twice now and have absolutely loved the property, the view, and the services provided by BookBeach. We will not use any other company ever again!

The photos are an accurate representation of the unit as a whole, the management was incredibly friendly and immediately responsive. Onsite security was an added plus, especially when the keypad code for the parking garage was not working the night of our arrival. They were there in literally 2-3 minutes to assist us in getting our vehicle into the parking garage across the street. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets available, portable fans in the closets of each bedroom (nice for added white noise if necessary), fully equipped kitchen, expansive balcony, and nice pool/hot tub in addition to the private beach access.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Aqua 401 in Panama City last week. The condo itself is amazing! Large kitchen area with top of the line appliances; every utensil necessary; fun and festive dinnerware and glasses too! While sitting in the modern living room or dining area, the view of the Gulf is absolutely breathtaking! The master bedroom is huge and the view of the Gulf from it is amazing as well. The two other bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom so if 3 couples stay, each couple has its own bathroom. Makes it so much nicer as each couple or family can get ready for the next outing in a timely manner! The coastal decorations and wall hangings really put you in the vacation on the Gulf mode!! It is an easy trip either down the stairs or a short elevator ride to the pool and beach access area. There is even a drink and snack food area where you can grab lunch or a great cocktail before sitting by the pool or heading to the beach. They even have drink specials every day! The rental comes with a 2 beach chair and umbrella rental and the staff responsible is very easy to work with. Our group of 6 rented 4 additional chairs for the week and it worked out perfectly as your chairs were ready to go whenever you were ready to enjoy them. Aqua 401 has easy access to some great outdoor restaurants and Pier Park which offers great dining and shopping. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this wonderful rental property. A HUGE shout out to its property Manager, Melissa Harris. We have vacationed often and have not encountered a property manager as easy and helpful to work with. She has put together a great compilation of instructions which gets you right to the Aqua 401 front door and all through your stay and exit. Melissa promptly responded to all inquiries involving our stay! Cannot say enough good things about her professionalism!!!

We have stayed at Aqua for three years in a row and have been fortunate to have the same floor plan for each stay. It works beautifully for us.
